Quality without compromise. Willard Dental is a fee-for-service practice. Your treatment is planned for what’s best for your health—not limited by insurance rules. This lets us use top labs and materials, reserve unhurried time with Dr. Willard, and deliver care that’s truly personal.
How we partner with your benefits
We work with most PPO dental plans (including many Medicare supplemental dental PPOs) as an out-of-network provider.
As a courtesy, we submit claims and documentation on your behalf and help you pursue any eligible reimbursement.
We do not participate with HMO/DMO plans, Medicaid, or discount-only plans. You’re welcome to see us out of network; we will be fully transparent about fees in advance.
Insurance estimates are just that—estimates. Final responsibility for the account rests with the patient once the plan processes the claim.
Want help reading your EOB or understanding your coverage? Our Patient Care Coordinator is happy to review your plan with you.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Preventive care: We submit your claim as a courtesy; your estimated patient portion is due at the appointment.
Restorative & cosmetic care (with insurance): We collect your estimated portion at the visit and file the claim. When the plan finalizes:
If it pays more than expected, we promptly refund the difference.
If it pays less, the remaining balance becomes your responsibility.
Without insurance:Payment in full is due at the time of service.

Reservation & Policies
Your time matters. We reserve private clinical time exclusively for you—these policies keep the schedule smooth for everyone.

• Late-change / no-show fees per this policy

You may update your card at any time; declining a card on file may require prepayment. We protect your information in accordance with HIPAA. -

No-show: Missed reservation without notice
Fees (processed the day of the reservation):
